We stress tested countless prototypes and conducted strength testing of each version in batches of 5.

Different construction types…
Each version was strength tested using a Tindeq to breaking point to see how/where the product fails and learn how to improve. After many broken prototypes and numerous tweaks, we had a reliably strong product.
This was followed by the final prototypes being tested by the customers and staff at our local climbing gyms to get feedback but also test the repeated stresses from use by the general public. Feedback was positive and the product withstood the use and abuse, Aside from the normal abrasion, there was no sign of material fatigue after 4+ months of field trials.
